Terms of business

The business conditions are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-commerce.

The Terms of Business set out the terms of purchase through the Emona-One website, which is accessible at the linkwww.emona-one.com ('the website') and is operated by Protalus d.o.o., an e-commerce service provider ('the provider').
  

 

By using the website, the user accepts and agrees to all the provisions of these terms of business, which also include all links as their components, and confirms that he has been informed of the privacy policy.

The essential characteristics of the goods, the price, including all taxes and other duties, and information on the method of payment and delivery are valid at the time of final confirmation of the order. The delivery time information is valid at the time of final confirmation. In the event of a possible change in the delivery time, the sales consultants from the call center will inform the customer accordingly and in a timely manner.

The price of the product, the value of VAT and the cost of postage can be seen in the shopping cart before you complete the order. You will also be notified of all information about your online order at the e-mail address you provided in the shopping cart when entering your information, the same moment you placed the order. I. Product selection

On the website www.emona-one.com, select the product and click on the "add to cart" link. The system notifies you that the product has been successfully added to the cart. To continue shopping, click on the left link "Continue shopping" and return to the online store.

To complete the purchase, right-click on the "checkout" link and the system will take you to the shopping cart.

 

II. Removing the product from the shopping cart

On the websitewww.emona-one.com in the upper right corner, there is a shopping cart, in which (after clicking on the icon) the user is shown the products that he added to the shopping cart while browsing the online store.

If the user wants to remove a specific product from the shopping cart, he must reduce the quantity to 0. If the user wants to add a specific product to the cart, he must click on the link "Continue shopping". Clicking on the mentioned link takes you back to the online store.

III. Cashier

You must fill in the required fields to complete the order.

1 Account information

You must provide the required contact information, which is marked with a red asterisk (name, surname, e-mail address, address, place, postal code and phone number), which we need to confirm and complete the order and delivery of the product. You must enter at least one valid phone number so that the courier can call you before delivery.

The form allows you to create an account and your data is already saved for the next order.

 

2 Delivery method

Fast delivery - GLS delivery service

up to 5kg - 3.20€

The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is GLS, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will fulfill the order more efficiently.

3 Method of payment

You can choose from the following payment methods:

  • by cash or by payment or credit cards upon receipt, via GLS, DPD or Pošta Slovenije delivery services
  • with Paypal to the company account
  • with VISA or Mastercard credit cards

4 Order overview

The products you added to your shopping cart while browsing the online store are displayed. The price of the product, the cost of postage, the value of VAT and the total cost of payment are shown in the shopping cart before you complete the order.

 

IV. Completion of the order

The user can view the provided delivery information, the payment method he has chosen and the contents of the shopping cart. The user confirms the order by clicking on the "Complete order" button. If the order has been successfully completed, you willdisplays the text on the website  '' Your order has been accepted. V. Final confirmation of the order

After placing the order, the user will receive an e-mail with the details of his order and a notification that the order has been accepted and confirmed.

All prices listed on the website are the final price and all contributions and taxes are already included in it.
On the page where the order form is, the price of the product including VAT and the cost of delivery / postage are specified.
Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.
The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. The method of payment is cash on delivery, PayPal or the interface for payment with payment or credit cards. The bidder issues an invoice to the buyer on a durable medium.
The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is accessible to the customer at any time in his user profile. In this case, the provider stores customer information only in the company's customer database as part of the program that the company uses for its accounting purposes.
Errors may occur in product descriptions. We reserve the right to change the price of products without prior notice.

The company does not store credit card information of its customers.

  1. Cash on delivery

Goods purchased through the website of the company Protalus d.o.o .. the buyer pays after the collection of the shipment to the postal employee or delivery person.
GLS takes care of the delivery of goods, usually the next day, but no later than 10 days after dispatch.
The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is GLS, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this will fulfill the order more efficiently.
 

  1. The right to withdraw from the purchase - return of goods

In the case of distance contracts, the consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. in accordance with Article 43.č ZVPot . The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. Please inform us about the intended returninform in writing namely to the contact e-mailcustomers@emona-one.com . The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of the notified intention to withdraw from the contract. The seller (company) must return the purchase price within eight days of receiving the goods.

The goods received must be returned by the buyer undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased without the consumer being at fault.

Therefore, we ask you to handle the product economically and carefully, as this is the only way we will be able to replace the product without interruption.

YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED GOODS, WHAT TO DO?
1. In the event of visible damage to the packaging or goods, the customer's complaint must be submitted to the provider or delivery service upon receipt of the goods. The buyer is not obliged to accept such goods and may refuse the shipment.  

 

  1. PRODUCT WARRANTY

The product warranty applies to products purchased on the basis of the attached invoice, and the date of sale is the date on the invoice. The warranty is claimed with an invoice or a copy and a certified warranty card. The warranty for all products is at least 12 months. For products with a longer warranty period, it is specially marked. The warranty does not apply to consumables!

All factory defects and defects that occur during the warranty period will be rectified free of charge.

WARRANTY EXPIRES:

  • defects caused by improper use, negligent handling, mechanical damage and failures in case of force majeure (voltage surge, lightning ....)
  • if the product has been tampered with by an unauthorized person or if it has been established that someone has tampered with the product without our written permission
  • when making changes to the product
  • in the unprofessional addition of structural assemblies, arbitrary wiring of elements such as switches, potentiometers, plugs, etc.
  • when using other elements that do not originally belong to the product
  • when connected to the wrong voltage or type of current
  • in case of mismanagement or damage due to negligent handling

 

  1. Right from a material error

As a bidder, we undertake to deliver the goods in accordance with the contract and are liable for material errors of their fulfillment in accordance with Article 37.a of ZVPot. As a consumer, the buyer can exercise his rights arising from a material defect if you notify us of the defect within two months from the day the defect was discovered, but no later than two years after the goods were delivered.

 

  1. Delivery

Goods ordered on the website will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Orders received by 12 noon on weekdays will be sent to the same address on the same day (if the product is in stock). If the ordered goods are not in stock, we will notify you immediately. Delivery takes place only in Europe. GLS takes care of the delivery of the goods, usually the next day, but no later than within 10 days of the dispatch of the goods. The delivery staff will in all probability pick you up at home in the morning, in case you are not at home, you will be able to pick up the shipment at the nearest post office or delivery point. We reserve the right to change the contractual partner for the delivery of shipments.

 

  1. Security

We use the information received from you for the purposes of your order. We forward your data to the companies responsible for sending packages, if necessary (name, address, possibly a telephone number to arrange delivery times). We provide your data to the bank for payment purposes. After delivery and after we have received your payment, access to your data is closed. After completing your tax and commercial obligations, we will delete your data.

The company uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.

The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the user. The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication.
Under no circumstances will the user's data be passed on to unauthorized persons. The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his username and password.
Your personal data will be encrypted and transmitted over the Internet. We protect our websites and other systems with technical and organizational measures against the loss, destruction, access, alteration and dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. Despite regular control, your data cannot be completely protected.

Advertising messages will be clearly visible (taking into account age) and clearly separated from games and competitions. Any communication aimed at children will be appropriate to their age and will not take advantage of children’s trust, lack of experience or sense of loyalty.

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation. The bidder will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the buyer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure.
The provider is aware that the essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial settlement is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, the provider strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably, and if this is not possible, the court has jurisdiction.
